Screening ultrasounds are preventive exams intended for individuals without signs or symptoms and are not designed to evaluate pain, discomfort, or specific medical concerns.
Patients experiencing symptoms should consult their primary care provider for medical evaluation and referral to a diagnostic ultrasound, as screening ultrasounds are not medical evaluations and do not involve diagnosis.
Screening services are elective wellness exams and are not a substitute for medical care.
