Booking Deposit Policy
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable $15 deposit is required. This policy helps ensure that appointment times are respected and remain available for others who may need care.
We understand that life is unpredictable — things happen. From running late, getting stuck in traffic, sudden illness, to heartbreaking circumstances like pregnancy loss — please know we genuinely care about what you’re going through.
That said, when a time slot is reserved, it blocks out availability that can’t be filled on short notice. The non-refundable deposit covers the time and preparation set aside just for you. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
